How can I follow my order?

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the tracking details you need to keep an eye on your shipment as it makes its way to you.

Do you offer sizing guidance?

Absolutely. Every product page includes a detailed size chart designed to help you pick the right fit. If you've looked through the chart and still aren't sure, just send us a message — we're always glad to help you settle on the correct size.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the day your parcel arrives to send an item back. To start a return, simply get in touch with us within that period and we'll walk you through the next steps.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, with one exception: when an item reaches you damaged or it isn't what you ordered, we'll cover those shipping costs ourselves.

Once your returned package arrives back with us, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be credited to the original method of payment.

What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?

We're genuinely sorry — that's never the experience we want anyone to have. If your delivery has arrived damaged, please write to us within 7 days of receiving it at info@glensonhudson.com and include:

  • Your order reference number
  • Clear photographs showing the damage
  • A short description of what's wrong

We'll look into your case as quickly as we can and do everything possible to put things right.

Do you deliver to the United Kingdom?

Yes — at present, deliveries are made exclusively within the UK. Below is a general estimate of how long your order should take:

  • Order preparation: 1–3 working days (Mon–Fri)
  • Shipping: 5–9 working days (Mon–Fri)
  • Total estimated arrival: approximately 6–12 working days from the moment your order is placed
  • Order cut off time: 2:00 PM (GMT)

During busier seasons, order volumes can be higher than usual and we appreciate your patience — our team is doing everything possible to get every parcel on its way as quickly as we can.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with PayPal. Every payment is processed through a secure checkout designed to keep your details protected.

How do I redeem a discount code?

When you reach the checkout page, you'll see a field marked "Discount Code." Just type your code in and press "Apply" — your new total will appear straight away. If anything goes wrong, drop us a line and we'll sort it out for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible within the first 30 minutes after placing your order. After that window has passed, your order will already have entered our processing system and can no longer be stopped. If you've missed the cancellation window, you're still welcome to send the item back once it arrives by following our standard return procedure.
