Shipping Policy
At Glenson Hudson, our goal is to deliver your order safely, reliably, and with full visibility from the moment you click "buy" to the moment your parcel reaches your door. Below is everything you need to know about how delivery works.
1. Where We Deliver
At the moment, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We are unable to fulfil orders bound for destinations outside the UK at this time.
2. Delivery Address
Your parcel will be sent to the address entered at checkout. Please take a moment to make sure every detail is correct and complete before finalising your order. Missing or inaccurate information can cause delays — or in some cases lead to the parcel being sent back to us.
3. Order Processing
Every order is prepared within 1 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday will start being processed on the next available working day.
4. Time in Transit
Once your order leaves our warehouse and is handed to our delivery partner, parcels typically reach UK addresses within 5 to 9 working days (Monday to Friday).
Please bear in mind that delivery times can occasionally be influenced by factors beyond our control, such as:
- Busy seasonal trading periods
- Capacity at our carriers and wider logistics conditions
- Bank holidays
- Higher-than-usual order volumes during sales or promotions
5. Total Estimated Delivery Time
When processing and shipping are added together, here's roughly what you can expect:
- Order preparation: 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri)
- Shipping: 4–6 working days (Mon–Fri)
- Total estimated arrival: approximately 5–8 working days from the moment your order is placed
- Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (GMT) — orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day.
These figures are estimates rather than guarantees. While we do everything possible to meet them, external factors may sometimes cause minor variations. Our team monitors every active shipment closely.
6. Shipping Costs
Delivery is entirely free on every order. There are no handling charges and no surprise costs added at checkout.
7. Tracking Your Parcel
The moment your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will land in your inbox containing your personal tracking link.

8. Wrong or Undeliverable Addresses
If a delivery cannot be completed because the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, the parcel may be returned to us. Should this happen, we'll get in touch with you to confirm the right details and arrange either a redelivery or another suitable solution.
To prevent any inconvenience, do please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
9. Delivery Confirmation
Once your carrier records your parcel as delivered, the delivery is treated as complete. If you find you can't locate your parcel after it's been marked as delivered, please get in touch with us straight away — we'll liaise with the courier on your behalf to look into it and find a resolution.
