Ruby | Women's Oversized Plaid Winter Coat

"Cosy, solidly made, nothing to grumble about."

"Sizing has let me down elsewhere, so I was cautious with this order, but it fit perfectly straight away. Didn't need to send anything back, which almost never happens when I shop online. It's also come through several washes without losing its shape or colour."

"Turned up quickly, and the material feels lovely."

"At 58, I struggle to find pieces that feel current without looking like they're aimed at someone half my age or twice it. This strikes that balance really well, without feeling like it's trying too hard."

"The swap was quick and hassle-free. Really appreciated that."

"My wife chose a jumper for me and I wasn't convinced at first, her taste and mine don't usually line up. I've had it on most weeks since though. Nice and warm, no itching, keeps its shape wash after wash. She's bought me two more in other shades now and I've given up arguing."

"Travelled light for a short break and this jacket carried most of the weight. Stood up to a long day out walking, and came out of the bag without needing a press, which turned out to matter more than I'd thought."

"He genuinely commented on it unprompted. Doesn't happen often."

"Not one for writing reviews normally, but this earned it. Even the packaging was thoughtful, no wasted plastic, everything neatly folded. The coat itself looked even better in person than in the photos, which is rare buying online. I've already pointed a couple of mates towards it."

"Comfortable enough to wear through a full shift on my feet, smart enough that colleagues wouldn't guess. That combination is tricky to find."

"Third time buying from here, still nothing to complain about."

"I'm not easy to buy for, tall with broad shoulders, so most jumpers either fit through the body and leave my arms exposed, or fit the arms and swamp me everywhere else. This is the first time one has managed both at the same time. I ordered a second before the first had even turned up."

"The return process couldn't have been easier, and the refund cleared within a couple of days. Wish more shops operated this way."

"Didn't need a single alteration. About time."

"I hesitated over spending this much on a coat, but I've worn it nearly every day since the autumn and it still looks brand new. It's coped with rain, wind, and being crammed into an overhead locker on a flight. By now it's more than earned its keep."

"Landed within two days, just in time for a weekend away. So comfortable I've hardly taken it off since."

"Fits well, nothing to fault."

"What turned up matched the website exactly, shade included, which shouldn't feel as unusual as it does when buying clothes online. It goes with pretty much everything else in my wardrobe, so it's already had more wear in a month than most things I bought all year."

"Mine have been on every weekend since they arrived. Bought a second pair without anyone suggesting it."
